As Junior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist (gn) you will be responsible for ensuring that even more parents choose sofatutor, by making sure that all visitors to our website understand and experience the advantages of our e-learning offer.

Note: Our application process is currently completely location-independent.
You don’t live in Berlin? No problem, because you can work remotely within Germany and also in many other countries. Please apply with your salary requirements and earliest possible start date.

Your Mission

As Junior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist (gn) you will shape sofatutor’s A/B testing ability and progress with idea creation and development. In close exchange with your colleagues in Team Product Growth, you will gather valuable knowledge about the entire A/B process. You will also cooperate with product and tech specialists in Team Purple (one of our agile cross-functional teams), to improve our products’ value experience and the buying experience of potential customers.

These are your specific tasks:

• You will create test ideas to improve sofatutor’s conversion rate
• You will work on the expansion of the A/B testing program of the sofatutor platforms
• You will identify uplift potentials on the sofatutor site via data and competition analysis, as well as based on user research
• You will familiarize and apply A/B testing tools (e.g. Convert), wireframe creation tools (e.g. Figma), Kanban tools (e.g. Shortcut) and the whole Google Workspace Suite

Your Profile

You have already gained some first experience in A/B testing and want to improve your professional skills and expertise? Your strengths include both creativity and analytical thinking skills and you are empathetic and curious? Then this job is the right choice for you. These are the requirements in detail:

• You have some first experience in A/B testing, and in creating wireframes
• You are familiar with some A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Convert, or similar)
• You are located in a timezone similar to Berlin’s timezone (CET)
• You are a fast and agile working person
• You have a strong desire to self-improve in the A/B testing area
• You have some first experience in the management of the A/B testing process
• You gained working experience in B2C companies
